Privacy policy
Last updated 2 October 2026
This policy explains what DRSite, provided by Netcetera, collects, why, and who helps us run it. We do not sell your information.
What we collect
- Your account: your name, email address, and profile photo, and your sign-in details, handled by our sign-in provider. If you sign in with Netcetera, we keep the list of domains on your Netcetera account, but never your Netcetera password.
- Your sites: each site's domain and name, a screenshot, its IP addresses and DNS details, public registry (WHOIS) information, uptime check results, SSL details, and logs of what DRSite did for it.
- Backups: copies of your sites' files and databases, and homepage snapshots. These can contain personal data about your own site's visitors or customers; for that data you are the controller and we process it for you.
- Connected accounts: keys you give us for DNS, hosting, or storage providers, stored securely and used only to act for you.
- Billing: your plan and subscription status. Card details go to Stripe and are never stored by us.
- Email: records of the service emails we send you, such as alerts and receipts.
Why we use it
To provide the service you signed up for: backing up, monitoring, and recovering your sites, billing, support, and emails about your account and your sites. We rely on our contract with you and, for security and fraud prevention, on our legitimate interests.
Who helps us
We use trusted providers to run DRSite: Clerk (sign-in), Convex (application data), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), iDrive e2 (backup storage), Resend (email), and our own monitoring servers. If you connect your own storage or DNS accounts (for example Backblaze, Cloudflare, or Plesk), DRSite sends data there on your instruction.
How long we keep it
Site data and backups stay while the site is on your account, within your plan's limits, and are deleted when you delete the site or your account. Billing records are kept as tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. You can delete sites and your whole account yourself from the app. To exercise any right, email support@drsite.app. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
Cookies
The DRSite app uses cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your light or dark choice. This website does not use tracking cookies.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you before it takes effect.
